Sydney Design Festival afficiandos!!
Textile Artists Denise Lithgow, Billie-Jean Scoppa and myself at The Valerie Steele lecture at the Powerhouse Museum. The lecture propelled massive conversations about Art and Fashion, is Fashion Art? Is Art Fashion? Do we like the word Fashion? Does is describe accurately the works of Textile Art, Jewellery Design, Wearable Art, and indeed anything that adorns the human body with care, deliberation and meaning. We thoroughly enjoyed Valerie's lecture, and I for one am very exctied about continuing this conversation, with Valerie in New York.

haheh, these absurb mahines actually work, Once I used one to call up my spaceship saying earth to mothership earth to mothership. Once it got me off a drink driving offence as I convinced the officer I too was the Law. Overall a very versatile piece.
Of course it predates $tuff which I lichen to near religious icon/rosaria
